You must be able to:
Create software applications that contribute to assigned work projects
Perform SQL management and maintenance duties on a daily basis
Analyze data and create queries for project planning
Job Requirements
Associate’s degree in computer programming and/or 3-5 years experience
Proficiency in:
- VB.NET development in .Net Framework 3.5 or higher
- ASP.NET
- AJAX, Javascript
- WPF (Windows Presentation Framework) programming experience is a plus
- IIS 7.0 administration
- Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and higher
- Transact-SQL programming
- Understanding of database design principles
- Data Warehousing experience a plus
- Proficiency in SQL query optimization is a plus
- ETL data processing, especially using SQL Server Agent, SSIS packages, BCP,and BULK loading operations.
- Microsoft Excel add-in development using .NET is highly desirable
